In the view of ongoing Pandemic and Lockdown, the Following are made compulsory. Kindly Cooperate.
- Only Patient will be allowed in.
- In case of a child 1 Attendant will be allowed.
- Mask is compulsory
- Declaration must be filled.
- Full Address must be given.
- Photo-ID and an Address Proof is Compulsory.
- Covid19 Screening Questioneer must be filled and should true to your Knowledge.
As the data is suggestive (but not conclusive) that Corona Virus can spread from paper and currency, Go Paperless as much as possible.

- Avoid Cash. We accept digital payments. Just scan the QR code to pay. We are bringing card payments also.
- Insist on ePrescription and eBills. Access your prescription and bills instantly on the DocOn Patient App as soon as you finish consultation. Carry your Medical file with you where ever you go.
