What if I or the doctor cancel the consultation?

The fees that is paid will be refunded.

Can I reschedule the Video Consultation?

Yes, you can.

Can my doctor reschedule/delay the consultation?

Yes, there is a possibility that your doctor may reschedule or delay the Video Consultation as his timings are depended on the patients like you. Some may require more time in counselling or in examination. Some times timings will be affected by the procedures as no one knows for sure how much time each procedure might take until it is under progress. Your doctor always tries his best to keep the right time. So we request you to be patient.

I stay in a different part of the country. Can I consult the doctor over Video?

Yes, you can. Anyone residing in India can consult our doctors via video consults.

I reside in a different country. Can I Consult the doctor over video?

Unfortunately not. Video consultations are provided only to the residents of India. Even if you are an Indian, but residing in another country, we can not offer video consultation to you by the law.

How will I get my prescription?

You will get a soft copy of the prescription to your mobile. It will have all the notes and the prescription with both Drug names including chemical names with doses and instructions on how to take medications.

I have Reports or Photos to be shown to the doctor. How can I do that?

Please send those pictures and reports to our mail id, info@metlasentcare.com, Send them over on WhatsApp to our mobile, 9390083469 or upload them in the app. Make sure you mention your Name, Age and Registration number (will be allotted to you during your first consultation) first, if sending over email or mobile. All the scanned copies or the images of the reports should be clearly legible with patient details, date of report and name of the diagnostic centre. All these pictures and reports should be sent at least 1 hour before the Video Consultation Appointment time.
